It all started with a text from an ex: "Cool cool cool. Talk to you never." What began as a painting therapy session turned into a funny series. You can either sit with your pain after a breakup or you can take the questionable things you've been told and turn them into art everyone can laugh at. I chose the latter.

 

I'd like to thank my friends (and their friends) for submitting different sh*tty texts from people we'd all like to forget. I'd also like to thank exes everywhere for the endless material. 

 

P.S. Are these named after who they're inspired by? That's a secret I'll never tell.
